Hyderabadi Khatti Dal
Ingredients:
Maoor dal – 2 cup soaked
Tomato – 2
Green chilli – 6
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp – 3 tbsp
Method:
Take pan, put water, soaked dal, tomato, green chilli, salt and coriander powder, let it cook until it’s done. Then add tamarind pulp and cook for 5 more minutes. Then blend in blender and add bighaar. Serve with boil rice.
For bighaar:
Whole red chilli – 6
Garlic cloves – 3
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 5
In a pan, add oil and fry above ingredients until light brown. Pour on dal and serve.

























i wanted to know how much water should to used?? and for bighaar how much oil??
you need to add water until the dal is soaked and done, 2nd use 1/4 cup oil for bighaar ( you can reduce or increase oil quantity).
