Wash chops, then add in a pan along with turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water, cook until it’s tender and the water dries.
Then dip in beaten eggs and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with mint sauce and salad.
