Kulfi Falooda Recipe Pakistani

INGREDIENTS FOR KULFI:

  1. Heavy Whipping Cream – 1 cup
  2. Evaporated Milk – 1/2 cup
  3. Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
  4. Almonds – 8 or 1 tbsp
  5. Pistachio – 1 tbsp
  6. Green Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Bread slice – 1

FOR ASSEMBLY OF KULFI FALOODA:

  1. Roha Afza or any kind of syrup of your choice – 5 to 6 tbsp
  2. Falooda Sev – 3/4 cup
  3. Tukmalanga seeds – 1/2 tsp

METHOD FOR KULFI:

  • Put everything in a blender and blend until well blended.
  • Pour the mixture into a mould and freeze it for 6 to 24 hrs.

METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY OF KULFI FALOODA:

  • In a serving bowl or plate, add a heaped tbsp of bloomed Tukmalanga seeds, followed by one fourth cup of falooda sev or noodles.
  • Drizzle a tbsp of Roha Afza syrup.
  • Unmold the kulfi from the mold and place over the falooda noodles.
  • You can slice the kulfi into two to three pieces. Top it with a tbsp or two of falooda noodles.
  • Drizzle some Roha Afza syrup or any syrup of your choice. Garnish with nuts and serve.

INGREDIENTS FOR FALOODA SEV:

  1. Water – 1 1/2 cup
  2. Corn starch – 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar – 1 tsp

METHOD FOR FALOODA SEV:

  • Combine all ingredients mix until corn starch dissolve.
  • Turn the stove on medium. Cook until translucent.
  • Take sev maker and brush with oil. Pour into a make and make the sev into ice water.
  • Keep in the ice water until cold and set hard.
