Wheat Garlic Naan
Today, I am sharing the recipe for Wheat Garlic Naan. Bread is the most popular food in any culture. I’ve already shared naan recipes with plain flour (maida) but today I am sharing naan recipe with wheat flour (chaki atta). As I already showed you the method for naan on tawa, that means everyone can cook delicious naan at home instead of having to buy it from a restaurant.

Garlic Naan Recipe
Ingredients:
- Wheat flour – 2 1/4 cup
- Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Powdered sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt – 3/4 cup
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Warm water – as required
Keto Meatballs
Ingredients for Garnishing:
- Chopped Fresh coriander
- Chopped Garlic
- Kalwanji (onion or nigella seeds)
Method:
- In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, powder sugar, yogurt and oil. Mix and make smooth dough with warm water.
- Leave it for 10 minutes, then divide dough and make balls.
- Now leave the frying pan to warm up a bit and roll the dough balls.
- Add some coriander, kalwanji and garlic. Roll this slightly so they don’t fall.
- Apply water to the other side so it sticks to the frying pan.
- Carefully put the naan on the frying pan and press on the sides to make it stick.
- When you see bubbles starting to form, turn it the other way and turn up the heat.
- When it’s cooked from both sides, take it out.
- Make the rest of the naan in the same way.
- Apply desi ghee so they look more delicious and beautiful.
- Serve these delicious and healthy naan with any kind of curry or vegi.
