Smoothie No.2

Berries are well known for its Antioxidants. Which are best to fight wrinkles and skin ageing signs.  Berries are also best to blood sugar control; blood sugar is the enemy of your complexion.  This smoothie also has Omega 3 in it, which is a good in fight against inflammation. To give extra boost to skin it also has vitamins E and C.

Blueberries 3/4 Cup

Pitted cherries 3/4 Cup

Strawberries …  5

Avocado, peeled and pitted 1/4

Ground flaxseed 2 TSP

Water, to thin.

You can also add Peanut Butter for energy booster.

Now take a blender. Put all the above ingredients in the blender; leave it on for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy the smoothie.
