This protein-rich and minerals-filled smoothie will give you long-lasting energy. Cinnamon will help to control your blood sugar so your energy level won’t crash too quickly.
Banana 1 (big size)
Natural hemp protein powder 1 scoop
Natural peanut butter 2 TSP
Fresh baby spinach .. 1 handful
Cinnamon 1/2 TSP
Water, to thin
Now take a blender. Put all the above ingredients in the blender; leave it on for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy the smoothie.
