Bakre ke Paye Recipe
Ingredients:
- Paye – 6
- Bay leaf – 1
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Big cardamom – 1
- Cloves – 6
- Black pepper – 6
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Water – 6 glasses
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
Take a pan; add paye, water and all above ingredients, cook until its half done.
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Onion – 2
- Big cardamom – 1
- Cloves – 3
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Black pepper – 3
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Yogurt – 4 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Then take pan, put oil and fry onion until they’re golden brown, take them out from the oil and grind.
- Now in same oil add big cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp water, to prevent burn, then add paye and fry well.
- Now take a bowl, add yogurt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, grinded onion and salt, mix and add in paye, fry until yogurt water dries.
- Now add all stock, mix well. Then put garam masala powder and cook until it’s done.
- Turn off the flame. Serve after 5 to 8 minutes with green chillies and fresh coriander.
