Besan ki Barfi ( Desert with Gram flour)

Ingredients:

  1. Besan (gram flour) – 1 cup (mix in milk)
  2. Ghee – ½ cup
  3. Milk – ¼ cup
  4. Sugar – 2 cups
  5. Small cardamom powder – ½ tsp
  6. Khoya – 1/3 cup
  7. Coconut, pistachio, almond, as required.

Method:

Take a pan put ghee and heat up then put besan and milk mixture and cook well then put khoya, sugar ( mix in little bit water ) and half dry fruit and let it cook until thick.
Now take a cake pan and greased and put this mixture in this pan, garnish with dry fruit and silver warq, and let it cool a bit then make cuts and leave it for completely cool and then cut in pieces and serve.
