Balochi Rice with Chicken tikka
Ingredients:
- Boiled rice – ½ kg
- Raisins – 1 cup
- Cashew nuts – 1 cup
- Dates – 1 cup
- Butter – 50 grams
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
Tikka ingredients:
- Chicken tikka piece – 2
- Butter – 50 grams
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Chat masala – 2 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat up 50 grams of butter, then add 1 cup dates, 1 cup cashew nuts and 1 cup of raisins and fry well.
- Then add ½ kg boiled rice in it.
- Now add ½ tsp black pepper and ½ tsp salt and mix well.
- Marinate chicken pieces with black pepper, chat masala, salt and vinegar, overnight in the fridge.
- Then take a pan, add the marinated chicken with butter and cook till the chicken is tenders.
- Then take the rice out of the pan, sprinkle fried dried fruits on it.
- Put tikka pieces on it and sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
