Cashew Nut Crunchy Kulfi
Ingredients:
- Milk – 1 liter
- Rose water – 1 tsp
- Khoya – 250 gm
- Cream – 1 packet
- Condensed milk – ½ tin
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Cashew nut – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
- Ingredients for Caramel
- Sugar – ½ cup
How to Make Quick Khoya in Urdu – English
Method:
- Take a pan add milk, bring to boil then add ½ cup sugar and cook till sugar is dissolved.
- Now add corn flour dissolved in a little milk. Stir contentiously.
- Then add khoya, cream, condensed milk, rose water and cardamom powder. Mix well and keep aside to cool.

Method for Making Caramel:
- Take a frying pan put ½ cup sugar, cook till sugar melts and turn into golden brown color. Add in cashew nut and mix well.
- Then spread this mixture in a greased plate, keep aside till firm.
- Crush well and put a little crushed caramel in each kulfi mold.
- Fill the remaining mold with milk mixture and freeze overnight.
