How to Make Malai ke Laddu
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 1/2 kg or 2 litre milk make cheese
- Condensed milk – 2 tbsp
- Kewra water – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom – 5
- Saffron – as required
Method:
- Take a non stick pan, add cottage cheese and cook on low heat, until softens then add condensed milk and mix well.
- Cook on low heat until water dries.
- Then add kewra water, mix well.
- Then add cardamom powder and Saffron mix well.
- Give them ball shapes for ladoo.
