Fry Keema Mince: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Flour – 3 cups
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Yeast – 1 tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1
Easy BBQ Chicken Tikka in Urdu – English
Method:
- In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oil and egg, mix and make soft dough with warm water.
- Cover and leave a side until double in size.
- Then divide into portions, roll and make fry on skillet like simple parathas.
