Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and knead to form a soft, smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the Mint Mixture
- Chopped mint leaves and green onion.
Step 3: Roll and Layer the Parathas
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
- Take one dough ball and roll it out into a thin circle (about 6-7 inches in diameter) using a rolling pin and some dry flour to prevent sticking.
- Brush a thin layer of ghee or oil over the rolled-out dough.

- Cook for about 1-2 minutes. Flip the paratha and apply a little ghee on the cooked side.
- Flip again and apply ghee on the other side.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy, pressing lightly with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
