Quick and delicious vegetable macaroni recipe, great when you want to make something healthy. It’s especially appropriate for iftar time when you’re tired of eating fried food and want something different.
Vegetable Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients:
- Boiled macaroni – 1 packet
- Capsicum – 1 (julienne cut)
- Onion – 1 (julienne cut)
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Carrot – 1 (julienne cut)
- Green pepper – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Crushed red pepper – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil and allow it to heat before adding onions.
- Fry the onions for a minute.
- Add capsicum, salt, crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper and green pepper and fry.
- Then add boiled macaroni and mix well.
- On top add fresh coriander and lemon juice and leave on dum for a minute.
- Serve quick and delicious vegetable macaroni.
