

Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients:
- Sugar – 200gm
- Egg white – 4
- Desiccated coconut – 150gm
- Vanilla essence – few drops
- Plain flour – 1 tsp
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees,gas mark 4.
- Line a baking sheet with a non stick baking mat or parchment.
- Whisk together sugar and egg white in a large bowl.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Form dough into tablespoon mounds, and drop each onto sheet, 2 inches apart.
- Bake macaroons until golden-brown on bottoms and edges, about 30 minutes.
- Let cool on sheets for 5 min.
