Gur Wale Chawal Recipe

Gur Walay Chawal Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Gur (I used with nuts) – 350 gm
  2. Water – 1 cup
  3. Boiled Rice – 250 gm
  4. Ghee – 1/4 cup
  5. Green cardamoms – 3 crushed

Keto Saffron Barfi

Method:

  • Take a bowl add water and Gur, set aside until Gur dissolves. Meanwhile boil rice until done.
  • Then heat up ghee and fry green cardamom and nuts, add Gur syrup and bring to boil.
  • Then add boiled rice and mix well.
  • Cook on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
