Gur Wale Chawal Recipe
Gur Walay Chawal Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Gur (I used with nuts) – 350 gm
- Water – 1 cup
- Boiled Rice – 250 gm
- Ghee – 1/4 cup
- Green cardamoms – 3 crushed
Keto Saffron Barfi
Method:
- Take a bowl add water and Gur, set aside until Gur dissolves. Meanwhile boil rice until done.
- Then heat up ghee and fry green cardamom and nuts, add Gur syrup and bring to boil.
- Then add boiled rice and mix well.
- Cook on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
