How to Make Kalakand: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ricotta cheese – 400 gm
- Condensed milk – 400 gm
- Green cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Dry nuts – chopped
Keto Barfi
Method:
- Add ricotta cheese, condensed milk and cardamom powder in a pan and cook until water dries.
- Pour in a pan with butter paper and sprinkle nuts on top.
- Let it cool down until set. Cut in slices and serve.
