Murgh Sabzi Pulao Recipe
How to Cook Murgh Makhni Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Boiled rice – 1/2 kg
- Chicken – 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Peas – 1 cup
- Potato – 2
- Carrots – 2
- Green chili – 6
- Butter – 50 gm
- Raisins – 100 gm
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
- Whole black pepper – 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
How to Cook Murgh Do Piyaza: English – Urdu Recipe
Method:
- Take a pan, heat up 3 tbsp oil, then add chicken, cumin seeds, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp and fry well.
- Then add water and cook until chicken is tender, put aside.
- Boil rice with salt (boil half tender).
- Take another pan, heat up oil and add vegetables along with 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp and salt, fry well.
- Then add 1 cup water and cook until vegetables are half tender.
- Then add cooked chicken along with stock, add half boiled rice and put on dum for 20 minutes.
- Serve with raita and salad.
