Quick Kaleji Fry (Liver)
Ingredients:
- Lamb (liver) kaleji – 1 kg cut in cubes
- Oil – ¼ cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Red crushed chilli – 3 tbsp
- Crushed fried cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Dry coriander seeds – 1 tbsp fried crushed
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli – 6
- Black pepper – to taste
Method:
- Take a wok; add oil, ginger garlic paste and sauté.
- Then add (liver) kaleji and fry for 1 minute.
- Then add red chilli, cumin seeds, dry coriander, salt and fry for 2 sec, then add lemon juice and fry on high flame until done.
- Serve with black pepper and chopped green chilli.
