How to Make Fruit Kheer with Custard
Ingredients:
- Boiled rice – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 2 kg
- Green cardamoms – 4
- Chopped almonds – 4 tbsp
- Sugar – 3/4 cup
- Rabri – 1/2 kg
- Kewra water – 1 tsp
- Chopped almonds – 2 tbsp for garnishing
- Silver paper – 2 to 3
Gajrela Gajar ki Kheer Recipe
Method:
- Boil 1/2 cup rice in 2 cups of water until soft and tender.
- Then add milk in a pan, bring to boil, then add cardamoms and 4 tbsp chopped almonds, cook until 3/4 milk left.
- Then add boiled rice, mix well and cook until rice dissolve.
- Then add sugar and cook well.
- Then add kewra water, rabri and mix with light hands.
- Dish out and garnish with chopped almonds and sliver paper.
