Full of Nutrition Tomato Soup
Serving – 6
Ingredients:
- Tomato – ½ kg
- Onion – 1 medium
- Garlic cloves – 4
- Tomato puree – 1 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Potato – 1
- Chicken stock – 1 litre
- Bread slices – 2 toasted
- Black pepper – to taste
- Cream – 6 tbsp
Method:
- In a pan, add chicken stock, roughly chopped onion, garlic cloves, tomato puree and chopped tomato.
- Cover and cook on low heat until it’s done well.
- Then strain and again put on cooker, during cooking remove foam from the soup.
- Cut toasted bread slices in cubes.
- Now serve in bowl with cream and bread cubes (crouton).
- Add salt and black pepper according to your taste.
