BBQ lamb chops are always great on a charcoal grill, especially when marinated in yoghurt and spices.
BBQ Lamb Chops
Afghani Mutton Chops Recipe: Urdu – English
Ingredients:
- Lamb chops – 1 kg washed and pat dry
- Red crushed chili – 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Thinly chopped green chili – 2 tbsp
- Crushed cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 4 tbsp
- Yogurt – 5 tbsp
- Papaya paste – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
Tandoori Chops: English – Urdu Recipe
Method:
- Add chops in a bowl, add red crushed chili, garam masala powder, green chili, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, papaya paste, oil, salt and fresh cream, mix well.
- Leave for 2 to 3 hours. Then bbq on charcoal grill or cook on grilled pan until tender.
- Serve with mint chutney and salad.
