Bohri Kabab Recipe
This bohri kabab recipe is very unique and has very different taste. The taste like this you haven’t tasted for very long time. This is must try recipe. You can make this kabab ahead and freeze it for unexpected guest, Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fiter, Eid-ul-Adha or any occasion just take it out from the freezer bring it to a room temperature and shallow fry it. How to Make Chicken Kebab Sizzler: English – Urdu Recipe
Ingredients:
- Mince – ½ kg
- Milk – 1 cup
- Brown onion – 1
- Egg – 1
- Bread slice – 2
- Onion – 2
- Potatoes boiled – 2
- Mint leaves – ½ bunch
- Crushed red pepper – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Green chilies chopped – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Oil – for fry
- Salt – to taste

Method:
- Marinate mince with brown onion, black pepper, crushed red pepper, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and salt to taste for 10 minutes.
- Put marinated mince in pan, cover and fry with oil for 10 minutes over low flame.
- Now turn the flame high and cook till water dries.
- Add in chopped onions, boiled potatoes, chopped green chilies, egg, bread slices soaked in 1 cup milk and ½ bunch mint leaves.
- Mix well and make small Pattie.
- Shallow fry oil as required.
