BBQ Boti Tikka
Ingredients:
- Boneless beef – ½ kg cut in 1 inch cubes
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Raw papaya paste – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Red crushed chilli – 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Yogurt – 4 tbsp
- Fried ground coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- Oil – as required
Method:
Mix and leave for 3 to 4 hours. Then skew in skewers and BBQ or grill. Serve with any sauce.
