Chocolate Glaze Icing
Use this glaze icing for Bombay bakery chocolate cake. You can use this icing for any type of cakes, donuts and croissants.
Ingredients:
- Icing sugar – ½ cup /4 ounce
- Butter – 25gm /1 ounce
- Coco powder – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp or as required
Method:
Add all above ingredients in a pan; cook well and pour on Bombay bakery chocolate cake. Make sure you don’t let it cool down.
