mooli paratha

Mooli paratha: Stuffed paratha are everyone’s favourite parathas, such as aloo paratha, missi paratha, gobhi paratha, etc. Summer has started in Spain but here in Madrid, the weather is still breezy. After a long time in lockdown, I finally found fresh white mooli (radish) at the supermarket, and I decided to make stuffed mooli parathas for my family.

  • Add turmeric powder, chilli flakes, dry coriander and salt. Mix and fry well.
  • Add fresh coriander. Mix well and remove the pan from the flame and set aside.
  • Divide dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a disc size. Place cooked mooli on one, then cover with a second layer of dough as shown in the video and cook on hot tawa with oil or ghee from both sides.
