Chatpati Beef Boti: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless beef – 1 kg cut in cubes
  2. Crushed almond – 30 gm
  3. Coconut – 30 gm
  4. Poppy seeds – 20 gm
  5. Black pepper powder – 10 gm
  6. Mustard powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Yogurt – 130 gm
  8. Green chilli paste – 2 tsp
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. Papaya paste – 1 tbsp
  11. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  12. Olive oil – 1/4 cup

Method:

  • Add almond, coconut, poppy seeds, black pepper, mustard powder, yogurt, green chilli paste, salt, papaya paste, lemon juice and oil in a bowl, mix well.
  • Then add beef cubes in this marination and leave for 2 hours.
  • Skew on skewers and BBQ or grill.
  • Serve with salad and BBQ sauce.

Ingredients for chapli kabab:

  1. Beef, minced – ½ kg
  2. Beef fat – 1 cup
  3. Onion, finely cut – 1 medium
  4. Garlic – 1 tbsp
  5. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  6. Fresh coriander, chopped – 3 tbsp
  7. Green chilies, chopped – 3
  8. Bread crumbs – 1 cup
  9. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  10. Salt – 1-1/2 tsp
  11. Oil for frying
  12. Coriander, crushed – 4 tbsp
  13. Cumin seeds, crushed – 1 tbsp
  14. Pomegranate seeds, crushed – 2 tbsp
  15. Red chili, crushed – 1 tbsp

Ingredients for the salsa fresca:

  1. Tomato, sliced – 3
  2. Onion, chopped – 1 large
  3. Capsicum, chopped – 1
  4. Fresh coriander, chopped – 4 tbsp
  5. Green chili, chopped – 2
  6. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – ½ tsp
  8. Chili garlic sauce – 1 cup
  9. Burger buns – 4
  10. Cheddar cheese slice – 4
  11. Onion, slice – 1
  12. Tomato slice – 2

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients for chapli kabab in a bowl.
  • Grind in a chopper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Take out from refrigerator, shape it into round cutlets and fry both sides for 8 minutes and set aside.
  • To make salsa, combine all ingredients and set aside.
  • Now take a bun toast, layer it with onion, tomato slice and chapli kabab.
  • Then place cheese slice, another chapli kabab and pour 2 tbsp of salsa.
  • Cover the stuffing with bun top and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  4. Red chili powder – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Thinly chop onion, coriander and green chili.
  • Mix in grinded mince along with salt, red chili, garam masala, khoya, ginger garlic and ghee.

How to Make Beef Seekh Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Beef mince – 1/2 kg
  2. Kidney’s fat – 100 gm
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Ginger – 1 piece 3 inch slice
  5. Green chilies – 3-4
  6. Coriander leaves – 1/4 bunch
  7. All spice powder – 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  10. Salt – to taste

Method:

  • Firstly, add beef mince, fat, and grind well. Now add green chilies, ginger, onion and green coriander in chopper and grind it nicely.
  • Then add garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and grind for 1 to 2 minutes. When paste becomes thin, take out in one bowl.
  • Now keep chill ice water in separate bowl.
  • Then wet your hands with chilli water and roll mince on square skewers like seekh kebabs.
  • When mince has been put on all skewers, put all skewers on grill and change their sides after half a minute. Remember that heat of coals should not be too high.

Ingredients:

  1. Beef mince – 250g
  2. Plain flour – 1 tbsp
  3. Green chillies – 2
  4. Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
  5. Onion – 1 medium size for garnishing
  6. Tomato – 1 for garnishing
  7. Salt – to taste
  8. Garam masala – 1 tsp
  9. Raw papaya – 1 tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  11. Oil – ½ cup
  12. Kebab skewers – 6

Method:

  • In a grinder, put beef mince, green chillies, raw papaya, salt, flour, fresh coriander, garam masala and ginger garlic paste, grind and make smooth paste.
  • Take out in a bowl and mix with hands.
  • If you would like to make it extra spicy, then you can increase green chillies.
  • Leave for 15 to 20 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers.
  • Fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
  • Serve with sliced onion and tomato.
